A. For applicable dates, please reference your shipping/packing slip. Typically screen printing, embroidery and/or dying occurs within 45 days of shipment or sooner.
B. All final finishing of Lakeshirts’ produced garments takes place at the company plant in Detroit Lakes, MN.

Date and place where this product was tested for compliance with the regulation(s) cited above: All applicable testing required by law, if any, is performed or administered by Lakeshirts’ Quality Assurance Personnel at Lakeshirts’ plant, Detroit Lakes, MN on a periodic basis or as otherwise required by law.
